Same Day Delivery

  • Any order placed before 11pm will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11pm will be delivered in the morning from 10 am
  • AED 10 delivery Fee for all orders above AED 100
  • AED 30 delivery fee for all orders below AED 100
  • Average Delivery time is 90 minutes subjected to Stock availability and traffic condition on the road

Next Day Delivery

  • Free next-day delivery for all orders above AED 100
  • AED 20 delivery fee for all orders below AED 100


Abu Dhabi

Same Day Delivery

  • Any order placed before 6pm will be delivered same day
  • AED 20 delivery Fee for all orders above AED 100
  • AED 30 delivery fee for all orders below AED 100
  • Same Day delivery is not applicable to Al Ain and Western Region of Abu Dhabi
  • Delivery for Al Ain will be next day and Bi-weekly schedule for western Region Areas

Next Day Delivery

  • AED 15 delivery Fee for all orders above AED 100
  • AED 20 delivery fee for all orders below AED 100


Sharjah

Same Day Delivery

  • Any order placed before 5pm will be delivered same day
  • AED 20 delivery Fee for all orders above AED 100
  • AED 30 delivery fee for all orders below AED 100
  • Al Zubair, Al Sajaah, Al Rafea, Al Hawyah, Al Batayih, Bin Rasheed areas are not eligible for Same Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery

  • Free next-day delivery for all orders above AED 150
  • AED 20 delivery fee for all orders below AED 150


Other Emirates (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah)

Next Day Delivery

  • Any order placed before 2pm will be delivered the Next day
  • Delivery will be done as per 3rd party courier schedule (9am to 10 pm
  • The Courier will send a notification once the order us out for delivery.


International Shipments

  • Shipments containing nicotine can be denied or seized by Customs
  • When Ordering Internationally, please ensure you are aware of the risk of shipment seizures
  • International orders that are seized or destroyed by Customs will not be refunded
